College Scholarships - The FJT, in conjunction with the Florida State Golf Association, provides college scholarships to participating members of the tour.  Additional information about junior scholarships is available on the FSGA website, www.fsga.org.

Transportation & Housing - Working with the parents of other FJT players, we will be able to assist with the transportation needs of our scholarship players.

Housing Assistance - For scholarship players who wish to travel to FJT events away from their home area, housing may be made available through the following sources:

• Volunteer host families at the tournament site

• Host families identified by local, participating junior programs

• Parents of other tour members who are traveling to the event and who are willing to share transportation and lodging for the event.  These parents would also provide supervision of the scholarship player during the event and ensure that the player has rides to and from the golf course, food and any other necessary assistance.

Background Checks - All host families and parents providing travel and lodging assistance will have criminal background checks performed and they will be screened prior to approval.
